GERMIHERA

GERMIHERA a place in Dacia which, from its position in the Peutinger Table, must be sought for in the valley of the Maros, possibly at Szasvaros, where there are ruins. It is the same as the Germigera of the Geographer of Ravenna, and the Ζερμίζιρψα of Ptolemy (3.8.8).
