OCILE (Ὀκίλη, Appian, B. Hisp. 75), a town of Hispania Baetica, probably near Ilipa or Ilipla, besieged by the Lusitanians, and relieved by Mummius (Ukert, vol. ii. pt. 1. p. 372).
