PHIARA

PHIARA (Φίαρα), a town of the district Sargarausena, in Cappadocia (Ptol. 5.6.13), appears to be the same as the one mentioned in the Antonine Itinerary (p. 205) under the name of Phiarasis, it which was 36 miles west of Sebastia.
