UZITA (Οὕζιτα, or Οὔζικα, Ptol. 4.3.37), a town of Byzacium in Africa Propria, lying S. of Hadrumetum and Ruspina, and W. of Thysdrus. (Cf. Hirt. B. Afr. 41, 51.)
