VACOMAGI

Eth. VACOMAGI (Eth. Οὐακομάγοι, Ptol. 2.3.13), a people in Britannia Barbara, near the Taezali, never subdued by the Romans. Camden (p. 1217) seeks them on the borders of Loch Lomond. Ptolemy (l.c.) ascribes four towns to them.
