hither; often w. imp., or subj. of exhortation, and
sometimes in hortatory sense without a verb, ἀλλ᾽
ἄγε δεῦρο, εἰ δ̓ ἄγε δεῦρο, etc.; also without
definite reference to motion, δεῦρ᾽ ἄγε
πειρηθήτω, ‘come on,’ let him try,
