ἵνα : (1) adv., where; this meaning being the primary one, is to be assumed in preference to signif. (2), when the sense admits, e. g. Il. 24.382. Apparently demonstrative, there, in Il. 10.127.—(2) conj., in order that, that; rarely with κέ, Od. 12.156.
