See esp. notes on Or. 45 § 27 ὧν διεφθάρκει and § 68 ἃ πέπλασται. διαιτητὴν ὅστις. .προσκαταγνώσεται an arbitrator who shall actually (go so far as to) adjudge the property to them; give a verdict of condemnation adjudging the property to them. διαλύσεις ‘compromises,’ ‘settlements.’
