Acontes

or ACONTIUS (Ἀκόντης or Ἀκόντιος), a son of Lycaon, from whom the town of Acontium in Arcadia derived its name. (Apollod. 3.8.1; Steph. Byz. s. v. Ἀκόντιον.)
