Athenaeus

4. Son of Attalus I., king of Pergamus. [EUMENES; ATTALUS.] His name occurs not unfrequently in connexion with the events of his time. He was on various occasions sent as ambassador to Rome by his brothers Eumenes and Attalus. (Plb. 24.1, 31.9, 32.26, 33.11; Liv. 38.12, 13, 42.55, 45.27.)
