Caicus

Καϊανός), two mythical personages, one a son of Oceanus and Tethys (Hesiod, Hes. Th. 343), and the other a son of Hermes and Ocyrrhoe, who threw himself into the river Astraeus, henceforth called Caicus. (Plut. de Fluv. 21.)
