Corinthus

*Ko/rinqos), according to the local tradition of Corinth, a son of Zeus and the founder of the town of Corinth. (Paus. ii . 1.1 ; Schol. ad Pind. Nem. 7.155.) There are two other mythical beings of this name. (Paus. 2.3.8; Apollod. 3.16.2.)
