Euche'nor

（Εὐχήνωρ), a son of Coeranus and grandson of Polyidus of Megara. He took part in the Trojan war, and was killed. (Paus. 1.43.5.) In Homer (Hom. Il. 12.663) he is called a son of the seer Polyidus of Corinth. There are two other mythical personages of this name. (Apollod. 2.1.5; Eustath. ad Hom. p. 1839.)

In the article on Soranus, we find: "at this present time (1848)" and this date seems to reflect the dates of works cited. 1873 - probably the printing date.
