Flaccus, L. Tarqui'tius

was magister equitum to the dictator, L. Quintius Cincinnatus, in B. C. 458. Although he belonged to a patrician gens, he was very poor, but was a distinguished warrior. (Liv. 3.27; Dionys. A. R. 10.24.)
