Fu'rius

3. L. Furius was, according to some annalists, tribune of the plebs in B. C. 307, and prevented the comitia from electing App. Claudius, who was then censor, to the consulship, unless he consented to lay down his censorship, in accordance with the law. (Liv. 9.42.)
