Hiero'theus

*(Iro/qeos), a Byzantine monk, wllo lived probably in the beginning of the fifteenth century, wrote a work entitled Διάγραμμα, a strange sort of dissertation, in which he endeavours to explain the nature of God by means of geometrical figures. There are several other Byzantine writers of that name, but they are of no importance. (Fabric. Bibl. Graec. vol. xi. pp. 636, 637.)
