Phra'sius

*Fra/sios), a Cyprian soothsayer, who advised Busiris to sacrifice the strangers that came to his dominions for the purpose of averting a scarcity; but Phrasius himself fell a victim to his own advice. (Apollod. 2.5.11; Arcadius, 40.32.)
