Q. Co'tius or Co'tius Achilles

surnamed ACHILLES on account of his bravery, accompanied, as a legate, the consul Q. Metellus Macedonicus in his campaign against the Celtiberi in Spain, B. C. 143, and distinguished himself by slaying two of the enemy in single combat. (V. Max. 3.2.21.)
