--The county Cavalry purpose to parade at the Westham House, on the Plank-Road, in Sidney, on the 22d inst — to shoot for two splendid saddles, which are to be presented at that time to the successful shots by Messrs. Wm. F. Mitchell and Samuel S. Cottrell, of this city. Perhaps their new commander, Col. Knight, may parade in uniform on the occasion, which will render the exercises doubly interesting. The Henrico troop are now in a highly efficient state, and we trust it may be the pleasure of the members of the corps to continue their present prestige by a prompt discharge of the duty incumbent on them as citizen soldiers.
