Henrico county Court.

--The regular quarterly term of this Court commenced yesterday. The Grand Jury was sworn in and sent to their room, and returned with an indictment against Obediah Ellis for stealing a middling of bacon from Dr. John E. Woodward, and also one against George Butler for stealing a ten dollar bill from Fleming T. Harris. There was a large amount of civil business transacted.

The criminal docket will be called to-day, and as it is very large we would advise witnesses and jurors to be in attendance in season. The trial of Dr. Gavinzel is the first on the docket, and if taken up will, no doubt, consume a considerable portion of the Court.
