Surrender of Fort Brown.

--Advices from Texas to the 15th state that Fort Brown was evacuated on the 12th, and the United States troops had been taken on board the steamship Daniel Webster for transportation to Key West and the Tortugas. The steamer Rusk had been chartered to convey the remainder of the United States troops in Texas to the same points. President Davis had sent an officer to Texas to enlist one thousand men for the defence of the frontiers.
