The Party of Gentlemen who serenaded Hon. L. A. Wigfall at the Spotswood House, Wednesday night, after the ceremonies incident to that occasion had been concluded, proceeded with the band to the Richmond Female Institute, (over which Rev. Mr. Winston presides,) and tendered a musical compliment to the young ladies attending school there, who, a week or two since, raised a secession flag on the cupola of that building. The compliment was suitably acknowledged by Rev. Mr. Winston.
