St. Louis, May 28.
--The Pensacola correspondent of the Mobile Advertiser says that Lord Lyons has written the British Consul at Pensacola recognizing the blockade in the name of the British Government, and warning English vessels of its effect.

No movements indicative of the commencement of hostilities had taken place at Fort Pickens.
