We have learned some facts in connection with movements at Harper's Ferry which satify us that the operation of the Confederate troops in that direction is controlled by the wisest military councils, and that the imbecile Lieutenant General at Washington will soon find that he has more than his match in the younger and better soldiers who lead the arms of the Southern Republic.
