The occupation of San Domingo by Spain.

--The Hayden journals received by the last arrivals at New York continue to denounce in bitter terms the occupation of San Domingo by Spain. They say she will require over ten years, a large number of men, and an immense amount of money, before she can enjoy the peaceful possession of that portion of the Island, and that it is even doubtful whether she ever shall. They are very indignant at the idea of the Spanish Government introducing coolies in San Domingo, and express the sentiment that the contact of these men will utterly demoralize the natives.
