Florida.

--Senator Yulee, of Florida, has written a letter from Washington to the Legislature of that State, announcing that upon learning at any time of the determination of Florida to dissolve connection with the Northern States, he will promptly and joyously return home to support the banner of the State to which he owes allegiance. Col. Blackburn, Federal Marshal for the Northern District of Florida, is closing up the business of his office, preparatory to resigning. The secession feeling in Florida is quite as universal as in South Carolina. F. L. Villipigue, has been re-elected Secretary of the State by the Florida Legislature and Charles H. Austin, State Treasurer. Before adjourning, the Legislature passed the bill appropriating $100,000 to arm the State.
