Sale of property.

--The administrator of D. W. Maupin, deceased, of Albemarle county, Va., on Monday last, sold two tracts of land, comprising some 500 acres, at $22 and $15 per acre. A negro man 59 years old was sold at $520, another from 25 to 30 years old was taken in at the same price, and a third, about 18 years old, was offered without a bid.
