--Spirits of turpentine has risen in value to $1.70 per gallon, whole sale price, in New York, in consequence of the blockade of the North Carolina ports, and the small quantity in market. Before the blockade it sold from 36 to 40 cents a gallon. Common rosin, which, before the blockade, sold for $1.50 per barrel, now commands from $4.50 to $5.
