Burglary.

--The residence of Mr. John M. Francisco, on 23d street, between Main and Franklin, was burglariously entered on Friday night, and robbed of a large number of articles, including 2 yards of black cloth, 4 yards checked linsey, 2 yards light brown cassimere, 8 large sheets, marked with the owner's name, a lot of table covers, shawls, and various articles of wearing apparel; 5 silver table spoons, 6 silver teaspoons, salt spoons, silver plated candlesticks, albata forks, &c., &c. The spoons were old family relics, some of them marked with the letter "D." The thieves effected an entrance by removing one of the slats, and unfastening a blind. Two new bonnets were thrown into the yard and trampled upon, and the key of the front door was carried away. These losses fall heavily upon Mr. Francisco, and we hope the police will use every exertion to apprehend the rogues.
