Observance of the Sabbath.
--The peace of one locality in the First Ward was sadly disturbed on Sunday last by a fight, in which
Patrick Mullen was the prominent actor.
It seemed that Daniel Ravens had just been exerting himself to suppress a commotion among his boarders, and
Mullen, supposing a free fight was going on, came over from a neighbor's premises, and belabored Ravens quite severely.
Not satisfied with this, he propelled a brickbat through a window, breaking the glass thereof, and terminated by bursting the door open with an axe. For these multiplied offences
Mullen was arrested, and the
Mayor yesterday remanded him to answer an indictment before the Hustings Court.
