Did not arrive.

--The Richmond police were notified through the telegraph yesterday, by Constable Slaughter, of Charlottesville, of the commission of a felony there by two slaves of Dr. Rives, who were expected to make an attempt to elude justice by coming to this city on the Central cars. The latter were duly inspected by our police on their arrival, but no trace of the rogues discovered.
