Confederate States District Court.

--Hon J. D.Ilalyburton, Judge; P. H. Aylett, Esq., Confederate States District Attorney. The Court was in session on yesterday, and the decision of the Court was announced in the case of the Confederate States vs C. W. Purneli et. ats. upon the interpreter of J. H. Giner Esq. The Court decided that the sum of $15,000, due by the Purcells to Asbmead et als. of Philadelphia, was the property of after enemies, and directed the bonds as they fell due to be paid to Mr. Receiver Giles. The Court also refused to allow Mr. J. H. Gilmer any attorney's fees or commissions upon the above named $15,000, and dismissed his petition. We learn that there is a probability of an appeal from the decision of the District Court.
