The Texas Intelligencer says an old man named Samuel Lane was killed by Indians about two miles from the town of Comfort, in Kerr county. B. Dupay, an old resident of Baton Rouge, La., committed suicide on Thursday, the 12th instant. The Legislature of Georgia has passed a bill allowing defendants in divorce cases to marry again after the expiration of one year from the date of such divorce.
