To negro owners and agents.

--By referring to our advertising columns, it will be seen that Major Bloomfield, Quartermaster General of the Army of the Peninsula, is in want of negroes, free or slaves, for service on the Peninsula, as laborers, mechanics, and teamsters. His terms and conditions are very liberal — inducements seldom offered, as will be seen on referring to the advertisement. Major Bloomfield will be found every day, between 10 o'clock A. M. and 4 P. M., at the office of Hector Davis, on Franklin street, near Wall.
