Fatal Accident.

--Rudolph Arnstein, wagon master, was accidentally killed at the Burnt Ordinary, in James City county, Va., on Saturday, the 11th of the present month, while conveying a train from Richmond to Yorktown. He jumped from a wagon in motion, and fell, one wagon wheel passing over his chest, and causing his almost instantaneous death.

Some money and effects found in his possession, have been, by order of Col. B. S. Ewell, placed in charge of Capt. R. L. Henley. The above is published for the benefit of the relations of the deceased. Capt. His post-office is Williamsburg, Va.
