Collect the Old iron.

We would suggest to housekeepers the propriety of collecting and arranging the old iron about their households, in order to place it at the service of the Confederate authorities. The Government establishments engaged in the manufacture would do well to apportion the country into districts, and in the cities send wagons to every house in every street to obtain this valuable mateterial.
