Bloody affair.

--A most deplorable affair off at Treanor's Mill, in this county, miles from this city, on Saturday morning last, in which John Labee and his father-in-law, Jease Balcom, lost their lives. The as we hour them, are these. A men Evans had a difficulty with Labee, a transaction at a mill of which Lahee superintendent. During the quarrel be Evans and Lashes, Balcom seized a and struck Evans across the back, and back to strike him on the head, when evaded the blow, which fall with great on Labee's head. The maul dropped com's hands, when Evans seized it struck Balcom, killing him instantly,-- lived come hours after he was struck, insensible until he died. Labee was quiet, citizen, and his sudden and sad is much deplored by many friends, who strongly attached to him. Evane, we understand, voluntarily gave himself up to Sheriff--Milledgeville (Ga.) Union.
