The Rappahannock line.

The news from this line of operations possesses no special gesture of interest. The enemy have fallen back from Liberty Mills on the Madison county line, and formed a junction with the main body of their forces in Culpeper county. They are said to have a cavalry force of four or five thousand in Caroline and Spotsylvania counties Six hundred of these were at Caroline Court- House on Wednesday.
