Another outrage by Federal ships.

--The Charleston Mercury, of Thursday, states that its Nassau correspondent mentions another outrage committed on English commerce by a United States vessel. Without stating the case the Mercury says: ‘"This case is one of the most flagrant instances of Yankee insolence that has come under our notice. But we suppose it will lead to no serious result, as the British Government is not disposed to break the friendly relations existing between themselves and the Government of the United States. "’
