Fifty dollars reward.

--Ran away on the 15th inst, my lad Stephen, about 16 years old, short, stout and black, open, broad mouth, short face, good teeth and eyes, and thick tongued; erect, but bow-legged, and waddling gait; wore a dark coat, walnut negro jeans pants, and gray military cap. He was twice arrested in a cavalry force, and escaped last from Gordonsville, on the 10th inst, and is doubtless in military employ as free, having persisted in this before. He may change dress or story, but can be easily recognized by the above description. I will pay fifty dollars if secured in jail so that I get him again.
