--David S. Williams, for drawing a pistol against Watchman Pearce, whilst in the discharge of his duty last Saturday, was examined by the Mayor yesterday, and remanded. Being a soldier, he will probably be turned over to Gen. Winder, and forwarded to his command. Williams denied drawing the pistol, and declared that he had no intention of interfering with the police.
