We have no change to report in the situation of affairs along the line of the Rappahannock. The two armies seem to be making preparations for the impending struggle, which cannot, it is believed, be delayed much longer. The enemy seem to be exercising a more than usual degree of caution, and their forces are mainly concentrated on the northern bank of the river.

They have made no further demonstration in the direction of Fredericksburg.
