A duel Prevented.
--Yesterday morning complaint was lodged before the
Mayor that a duel was expected to be fought near this city between
Henry Richardson and
Edward A. Walters, both residents of this city.
Immediately
officers Seal and
Jenkins were posted off with directions to proceed in search of them and bring them, before His Honor.
