We have before us a letter from a Lieutenant of this gallant brigade, from which we make the following extract:

‘ The 49th Virginia has unanimously re-enlisted for the war. The 13th Virginia, Colonel Terrill, have all re-enlisted with the exception of some fifteen or twenty men, and the 31st, 52d, and 58th, are coming round, a large portion of each having already re-enlisted. The spirits of the men are most excellent, and will become more buoyant since the passage of the currency and military bills.
