Young Vagrant.

--John Sullivan, better known as Yankee Sullivan, a white boy about fourteen years old, was arrested by officer Granger, and brought before the Mayor yesterday, on the charge of being a person of evil fame, without visible means of support. The officer stated that the boy had no honest employment, and spent his time in the company of notorious thieves. The Mayor committed him to jail in default of security to keep the peace.
