Drowned.

--Leroy Arnold fell into the Dock three weeks ago, and was drowned. He is supposed to have been intoxicated at the time of the accident. His body was found floating in the water yesterday morning at the foot of 18th street, and was fished out. Deceased was a machinist, and at the time of his death was employed in the Confederate States naval works. He was a refugee from Portsmouth, and leaves a wife and family, who are now residing in Petersburg.
