Not Accepted.

--The Dublin correspondent of the London Herald says:

‘ The King of Denmark has politely declined the services of the Irish "Cent Cardes. " But Mr. O'Leary has his reward. He has received the thanks of the King for his "chivalrous offer." He has also "a noble charger purchased at the cost of one hundred and twenty five guineas by his devoted followers." The Cork Examiner states that "the gallant chief does not abandon the hope of realizing his dreams of glory."
