Attempting to go to the enemy.

--Charles Bernheim and Frederick Martin, of this city, members of company H, 19th Virginia militia, were arrested early yesterday morning in one of the counties below Richmond, by order of Captain Fleet, enrolling, officer for the 1st Congressional district, on the charge of attempting to go to the enemy. They were committed to Castle Thunder till their trial by court-martial.
