--The "North CarolinaPowder Mill," located twelve miles from Charlotte, North Carolina, was again blown up last Thursday.
Three men--one white man and two mulattoes — were blown up in the mill.
The white man — Abernathy — and one of the negroes were killed.
Others were badly, and probably mortally, injured.
It has been but a short time since the mill was put in operation after the first blowing up.
