Hustings Court.

--The Magistrates' Court assembled yesterday morning at eleven o'clock, according to previous adjournment.

In the case of Tildsley Graham, charged with robbery, a nolle prosequi was entered, and the prisoner was thereupon discharged.

John Ferguson and William Snellings, charged with unlawfully exhibiting the game of fare, were required to give security in the sum of five thousand dollars each for their appearance to answer at the next term.

The court adjourned till 11 o'clock today.
